Launched in 2024, UNNATI (the Uttar Poorva Transformative Industrialization Scheme) is a Government of India initiative designed to accelerate industrial growth, attract investment, and generate employment across the North-Eastern Region (NER) states. It does so by extending substantial financial incentives, capital subsidies, and interest subventions to both new and expanding manufacturing and service sector enterprises, with the broader goal of building a strong industrial ecosystem supported by simplified processes and encouragement for innovation and skill development.
