Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
About Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
Launched by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana works to generate sustained additional employment, push forward workforce formalisation, and boost employability. It gives first-time employees comprehensive financial assistance to navigate their early learning curve, while incentivising eligible establishments — particularly in manufacturing — for creating sustained additional employment above their established baseline. Applicants must file the Electronic Challan-cum-Return regularly along with provident fund contributions and meet the defined threshold for new employment generation. The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation implements the scheme, accepting applications continuously during the registration window from 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2027, through online updates of establishment details and employee Aadhaar authentication on the official portal.
