About Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram
Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme run by the Ministry of Minority Affairs that builds infrastructure and basic amenities — schools, health centres, hostels, community halls, drinking water, sanitation, and skill-development facilities — in Minority Concentrated Areas (MCAs). It aims to close development gaps by widening access to education, healthcare, housing, and livelihoods for minority communities, promoting area development and social inclusion through need-based infrastructure built in partnership with State Governments, District Authorities, and Local Bodies.

How to Apply
Online Application
Applicants can apply for Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram through the online application process outlined below.
Application Process
PMJVK works through State Governments, District Level Committees (DLCs), and local implementing agencies rather than accepting individual applications.

Exclusions / Who Is Not Eligible
- The scheme does not provide direct cash assistance or individual financial benefits. Activities such as recurring administrative expenditure, personal subsidies, or programs unrelated to infrastructure or community development are excluded from the scope of PMJVK.
