About NDRI Institute Scholarship For M.Sc. And Ph.d
The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, runs the “NDRI Institute Scholarship for M.Sc. and Ph.D. Programmes” to fund Indian students admitted to Master’s and Doctoral programmes at the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI). Only students who receive no other financial assistance or scholarship qualify, and support comes as a monthly scholarship for the programme’s prescribed duration. Continuing the scholarship depends on academic performance, course registration, progress report submission, and compliance with institutional rules — no extension is given beyond the prescribed period.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for NDRI Institute Scholarship For M.Sc. And Ph.d, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
The "Institute Scholarship" goes to all Indian nationals admitted to Master's and Doctoral programmes at NDRI, giving them financial assistance under the rules and conditions set out here.
Only students holding no other financial assistance/scholarship qualify — if a student receives or accepts assistance from another source, the "Institute Scholarship" is terminated.
The scholarship is awarded once the following certificates are received:

Benefits Provided
NDRI Institute Scholarship For M.Sc. And Ph.d provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:
For a Master's degree, the Institute Scholarship pays…
For a Master's degree, the Institute Scholarship pays ₹7,560/- per month for two years, plus ₹6,000/- per annum as a contingency grant. For a Ph.D., it pays ₹25,000/- per month for the first two years and ₹28,000/- per month in the third year, plus ₹10,000/- per annum as a contingency grant. For an In-service Ph.D., it pays ₹3,000/- per month for three years, plus ₹10,000/- per annum as a contingency grant.
