About Mukhmantri Sehat Bima Yojana
Launched on 20 August 2019, Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Mukhmantri Sehat Bima Yojana (AB PM-JAY MMSBY) is Punjab’s flagship State Health Insurance Scheme for its beneficiaries. It gives financial protection to 65% of the population of Punjab state through an entitlement based, cashless Health Insurance cover. Treatment is cashless and paperless at Government hospitals and empaneled Private hospitals.

Families listed in SECC 2011 data,
Families holding a Smart Ration Card,
Farmers holding a J-Form,
Small traders on the register of the Excise & Taxation Department,
Small & Marginal Farmers,
Accredited & Yellow Card Journalists, and Construction workers registered with the Punjab Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

The e-card can now be made from home without going anywhere: self-register through the 'Ayushman App' on your mobile, or at
