Under the Labour Department, Government of Uttarakhand, the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (UKBOCWWB) runs the “Mobile Learning Centre” scheme. Buses equipped as Mobile Learning Centres bring education right to construction sites for the children of registered construction workers, with the goal of giving them a better and brighter future.
