About Lifetime Contribution to Khell/Khell-Tiatr Awards
The Tiatr Academy, working under the Art, Culture and Museums Department, Government of Goa, instituted the “Lifetime Contribution to Khell/Khell-Tiatr Awards”. These awards honour Khell and Khell-Tiatr artistes whose work has shaped the growth of this traditional art form, meeting the need to recognise veteran performers who have spent their lives keeping this cultural heritage alive and promoting it. Deserving artistes receive a prestigious lifetime achievement award made up of a shawl, memento, citation, and a cash burse of ₹50,000/-. Selection is thorough, judging excellence in acting, script writing, directing, singing, lyrics writing, set designing, and other theatrical work. Entries come through recommendations by individuals/institutions and through advertisements in local newspapers.

Recommender Information:
Give the recommender's full details: name, complete address, landline and mobile numbers, Aadhaar Card number, and a short description of the recommender (up to 100 characters).
Nominee Details:
Provide the nominee's complete personal information: name with title (Mr./Mrs./Miss), stage name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, age, educational qualification, correspondence address, landline and mobile numbers, Aadhaar Card number, and email identification.
Contribution Details:
Tick the boxes for the relevant contribution categories (Actor, Singer, Musician, Director, Producer, Writer, Lights, Setting, Sound, Promoter/Organizer, or Other with specification), and for each one give full details, including how many Khell-Tiatrs were involved and the names of at least 10 productions.
Additional Achievements:
Mention any gramophone records, Compact Discs, Digital Versatile Discs produced, appearances in films, published books of Khell-Tiatrs, and awards received for work on the Khell-Tiatrs stage.

Selection Process Recommendations are assessed by the Executive Board against the stated criteria, and the Board may also choose deserving artistes who were not recommended.
Exclusions / Who Is Not Eligible
The applicant cannot receive the award if they have previously been honored with Lifetime Contribution Awards in Tiatr (Commercial/Non-Commercial), Khell, Khell-Tiatr, or Konkani Cinema.
