About Incentives for Meritorious Children (Students) of Workers (10th and 12th Class) (HBOCWWB)
Through the “Incentives for Meritorious Children (Students) of Workers (10th and 12th Class)” scheme, the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department, Government of Haryana rewards construction workers’ children who excel in their Class X/XII examination. The reward is a scholarship (prize money) placed in a fixed deposit. Workers who are registered and have one year of regular membership can claim this benefit for a maximum of three children.

Benefits Provided
Incentives for Meritorious Children (Students) of Workers (10th and 12th Class) (HBOCWWB) provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:
Construction workers' children who excel in the Class X/XII examination receive a scholarship (prize money) as a fixed deposit, according to the marks they secure:
Students scoring 90% and above are awarded ₹51,000/-
Students scoring 90% and above are awarded ₹51,000/-.
A score of 80% and above earns ₹41,000/-
A score of 80% and above earns ₹41,000/-.
Those securing 70% and above get ₹31,000/-
Those securing 70% and above get ₹31,000/-.
With 60% and above, the prize is ₹21,000/-
With 60% and above, the prize is ₹21,000/-.
