About Incentive For The Intra Caste Marriage within Scheduled Tribe Community
Launched by the Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka, “Incentive for Intra Caste Marriage within the Scheduled Tribe Community” rewards couples who both belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community but come from different sub-castes within it, with an incentive of ₹2,00,000/-. The marriage must have taken place on or after 1st April 2018, and the couple must reside in Karnataka and apply within one year of marrying.
