About Grant to Meritorious Wards of ESM in Sports: National / International Level (Sainik Welfare)
The Armed Forces Flag Day Fund of the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry, offers “Grant to Meritorious Wards of ESM in Sports: National / International Level” as a welfare scheme. It rewards wards of ESM who excel in sports at the national and international levels with cash grants. Applications must be made offline within three months of the achievement date.

Applicants must be the Ward of an ESM / Ward of the Widow of an Ex-Serviceman (ESM).- The ESM / Widow of the ESM needs to be registered with the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry.- A Government-approved/recognized body must have organised the event.
