About Gaushala Vikas Yojana
Launched by the Animal Husbandry Department, Rajasthan on 26th December 2019, the “Gaushala Vikas Yojana” helps registered gaushalas that own land, or hold it on a long-term lease of at least 20 years, to build permanent infrastructure. To qualify, a gaushala must have kept at least 100 cattle without interruption over the past two years and must not be under review for any financial irregularities.
