About Chief Minister’s Paryatan Siksha Yojana

The Government of Arunachal Pradesh started the “Chief Minister’s Paryatan Siksha Yojana” to boost tourism and grow the industry through a trained workforce. As the tourism and hospitality industry needs more and more skilled workers, local young people must be encouraged to take up such courses. The Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh therefore sponsors students from the state to join courses such as Hospitality and Catering, Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Bakery & Confectionaries. Recognising that the state’s tourism industry needs trained professionals to grow, the government launched this scheme to fund training in the tourism field.
