About Bus Traveling Facility For Visually Impaired/Bus Concession
Launched by the Delhi Social Welfare Department for persons with disabilities, the “Bus Traveling Facility for Visually Impaired/Bus Concession” lets people with vision impairment ride DTC Buses free of charge, with the service provided by Delhi Transport Corporation. An escort concession is also available, but only where the person has not less than 100% blindness. Applicants must first secure a card from the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) before approaching the concerned depot.
