About AICTE-National Initiative for Training of Technical Teachers (for Inductee Teachers) Scheme
Launched in 2020, the National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training (for Inductee Teachers) is designed to train newly inducted teachers at AICTE-approved or AICTE-recognised institutions. Training unfolds across three stages: it starts with eight modules delivered as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on the SWAYAM platform via the NITTT portal, moves into a one-month industrial internship, and finishes with mentor-guided training.
Purpose: The scheme exists to give Inductee Teachers at AICTE-approved institutions a structured training pathway.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for AICTE-National Initiative for Training of Technical Teachers (for Inductee Teachers) Scheme, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

Training:
Inductee Teachers go through training delivered in three distinct phases.
Certification:
A final completion certificate is issued to an Inductee Teacher only once all three phases have been finished successfully.
