Educational Qualification
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a recognised university in Food Technology disciplines (Food Engineering, Food Processing, Food Technology & Management, Food Biotechnology, Food Safety & Quality Management etc.), OR Dairy Technology / Biotechnology / Oil Technology, OR Agricultural Science disciplines (Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, Fisheries, Food Technology, Food Nutrition & Dietetics, Horticulture), OR Veterinary Sciences / Bio-Chemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry / medicine, OR MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BUMS / BSMS / BAMS / Sowa Rigpa; training prescribed by FSSAI (given after appointment); and Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matric or Hindi in higher education.
