About Mukhyamantri Hunar Vikas Yojana- Higher Education/Technical Education
The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan launched the “Mukhyamantri Hunar Vikas Yojana – Higher Education/Technical Education” so that boys and girls benefiting under the State Government’s Palanhar Scheme can receive technical or higher education and become self-reliant. The scheme makes every effort to secure jobs and a dignified livelihood for these beneficiaries once they finish their higher or technical education. The State Government gives eligible boys and girls registered under the Palanhar Scheme financial assistance to take up higher or technical education, depending on their qualifications and their interest in employment-oriented courses. At the state level, the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Rajasthan implements the scheme, while at the district level this is done by the Deputy Director/Assistant Director, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
