How to Apply

Offline Application

Applicants can apply for Mukhyamantri Ekeekrit Bagwani Vikas Yojana through the offline application process outlined below.

📋

Application Process

Forms are available from the officers or staff of the Horticulture Mobile team Centres, and can also be downloaded from the department's website: https://shm.uk.gov.in Applications should be made roughly two months before the saplings are planted or the medicines applied.
The form must be accompanied by land records such as Khasra and Khatauni, a lease certificate in the case of leased land, and identity documents including the Aadhaar card, PAN card and Udhyan card, along with bank account details and a mobile number. At present, applications are accepted offline only.
The farmer hands in the completed form and documents at the Horticulture Mobile team Centre, using the prescribed format for the proposal. Staff at the centre are responsible for helping any farmer who has trouble filling in the form. The centre sends the proposal on to the district level and then to the Directorate, and once the Directorate approves it, a government order is issued and the districts receive the approval/work order.
After approval, the district officer sends the farmer an acceptance letter and also informs them by phone. The farmer can then buy fruit saplings, seeds or medicines from the Horticulture Mobile team Centre at a 50% subsidy.
For Refrigerator Vans and Cool Houses, the subsidy is released only after the farmer has bought the van or built the Cool House and departmental officials have inspected the site. Beneficiaries are chosen on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on budget availability.

Ensure all required documents are ready before starting the application process.
