About Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana
Forming part of the “Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojna” launched by the Department of Education, Bihar, the “Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana” seeks to encourage higher education and to empower girls by making them self-reliant. Girl students of Bihar who successfully graduate from recognized institutions in the state receive a lump sum incentive of ₹25,000/-, paid straight into their bank account.
