About Mukhya mantri Krishak Udyami Yojana
Through the Mukhya Mantri Krishak Udyami Yojana, the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises of the Madhya Pradesh government offers loans of up to ₹ 50,000 to ₹10,00,000 as financial assistance so that sons and daughters of farmers can set up their own businesses. By starting a business, economically weak farmers can become self-reliant, and their poor financial condition will no longer hold back their progress.
The general category receives 15% of the capital cost, while the BPL (Below Poverty Line) category receives 20% of the capital cost. This is intended to encourage the state’s citizens to start their own businesses and, in turn, bring down unemployment in the state.
