How to Apply

Offline Application

Applicants can apply for Livestock Mission Scheme - Interest Payment on Loan through the offline application process outlined below.

📋

Application Process

To begin with, applications will be taken offline. When the departmental portal goes live, beneficiaries will have to register and apply on it.
Applications are submitted at the district level to the District Level Implementation Unit (DLIA), together with the bank's loan approval consent letter. The DLIA scrutinises them and draws up a list of eligible applicants, and final approval follows once all formalities are done. The approved applications and beneficiary forms are then sent through the concerned bank for further scrutiny and a loan recommendation.
Every quarter, the bank informs the DLIA of the interest subsidy amount granted by the state government on beneficiaries' approved loans. The DLIA prepares a bill for this amount and sends it to the treasury for payment.
A State Monitoring Committee is to be set up in the Animal Husbandry Directorate, Dehradun. Working under the Director of Animal Husbandry, it will track the scheme's progress and issue instructions to district-level officers to ensure it is implemented properly.

Ensure all required documents are ready before starting the application process.
