About Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Evam Koshal Sanvardhan Yojana (RS-CSEP)
Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Evam Koshal Sanvardhan Yojana (RS-CSEP) is a free programme from the Women and Child Development Department of the Rajasthan government that builds women’s and girls’ spoken English, communication skills and confidence. By picking up new skills or polishing old ones, participants are better placed to land good jobs, set up businesses and become financially independent. Beyond skill-building, the programme empowers women with guidance on entrepreneurship, leadership, money management and personal development.
Training period :
130 hours (2 hours a day, 5 days a week).

Selected trainees receive, on their mobile/e-mail ID, a reference number and details of the IT Knowledge Center allotted to them; using these, they report to that I.T. knowledge center for training and complete biometric registration. Training- RKCL conducts the training at its identified I.T. knowledge centers, and trainees' attendance is recorded on a bio-metric machine. Regular attendance at the IT Knowledge Centre is expected; anyone with biometric attendance under 65% cannot sit the examination and will not receive a certificate. When the training period is over, trainees take an examination held by RKCL, and those who pass are awarded a certificate by RKCL.
