Category employees, serving/ex-servicemen and military widows, Anganwadi workers/helpers/ Asha Workers/Mid-Day Meal Workers drawing honorarium, Multi-Task Workers, Social Security Pension Beneficiaries, staff of Panchayat Raj Institutions/Urban Local Bodies, pensioners/employees of Public Undertakings/Boards/Councils/Agencies under the Central/State Government, persons registered for Goods and Services Tax, and income tax payers etc.
Buddhist nuns (Chomo) residing permanently in Buddhist monasteries.
