Accidental death
Accidental death: ₹5,00,000/-
Permanent total disability from an accident
Permanent total disability from an accident: ₹3,00,000/-
This means losing the use of both eyes, both hands or both legs in an accident.
Partial permanent disability from an accident
Partial permanent disability from an accident: ₹1,00,000/-
This means losing the use of one hand or one leg.
Serious injury in an accident
Serious injury in an accident: up to ₹20,000/-
(A serious injury means the beneficiary was admitted as an in-patient for at least 5 days, as decided on the basis of the Medical Board's certificate.)
Minor injuries in an accident
Minor injuries in an accident: up to ₹5,000/-
This means in-patient hospital admission of less than 5 days
Natural death of a construction worker

Step-1: Go to the official portal.
Step-2: Choose "Register".
Step-3: The SSO registration page opens with these options.
Citizen
Step-4: Pick either Jan Aadhaar or Google to continue.
Jan Aadhaar: type the Jan Aadhaar number and press 'Next',
choose your name, the head of family's name and all other members,
press 'Send OTP' and type the 'OTP',
then press 'Verify OTP' to finish registering.
Google: type your Gmail ID and press 'Next',
type the password.
A new link shows up; click the new SSO link.
Your SSO id is displayed; now set a password.
Type your Mobile number and press registration.
Apply
Step-1: Go to the official portal.
Step-2: Once logged in, the dashboard appears.
Step-3: Choose the "LDMS" option.
Step-4: Inside LDMS, pick "Welfare Schemes" from the side menu and choose BOCW Welfare Board.
Step-5: Press "Apply for Scheme" on the screen.
Step-6: A page listing all Rajasthan Shramik Card schemes opens; click the "Yojana" name.
Step-7: Enter all the relevant details.
Step-8: Submit the form.
Exclusions / Who Is Not Eligible
- Death due to suicide or consumption of drugs or substances or
- In case of death or injury due to fighting with each other in violation of the law for committing a crime.
