How to Apply
Offline Application
Applicants can apply for Hand Pump Yojana through the offline application process outlined below.
Application Process
When farmers, villagers, village heads or public representatives ask for a hand pump, the Mandi Committee approves a proposal from the Mandi Vikas Nidhi and the Marketing Board gives its consent from the Central Mandi Fund. The relevant branch then draws up the hand pump project/estimate and sends it to the Managing Director of the Uttarakhand Agricultural Produce Marketing Board for administrative and financial approval.
