About Free Travelling Facility (HBOCWWB)
The Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department, Government of Haryana, runs the “Free Travelling Facility” scheme. Once every four years, it pays for registered workers and 4 of their family members to visit well-known religious or historical places, reimbursing the cost at Haryana Roadways rates (ordinary fare) or the actual railway fare (Second Class).

b) Having a Family ID: Only holders of a family ID can continue with registration, as follows:
