Through the Financial Assistance for Normal Delivery and Surgical Delivery scheme, the Maharashtra Building And Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (MBOCWW), Labour Department Maharashtra, helps registered female workers, and the wives of registered male workers, with the cost of childbirth, whether by natural delivery or by caesarean operation.

Step-1: Visit the MBOCWW official website and download the delivery assistance application form.
Step-2: Enter details in every compulsory field and attach copies of the needed documents, self-attesting them where asked.
Step-3: Deliver the completed and signed form, along with the documents, to the Labor Commissioner/Government Labor Officer.
Step-4: Make sure you receive a receipt or acknowledgment from the officer, listing the date and time of submission and, where applicable, a unique identification number.
