About Financial Assistance for Marriage (BBOCWWB)
The Bihar Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (BBOCWWB), Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, implements the “Financial Assistance for Marriage” scheme. Registered workers, male or female, with at least three years of Board membership receive ₹50,000/- for the weddings of two adult daughters, and female members can also claim it for their own wedding. Workers who marry again are excluded. This support comes on top of the benefits available under the “Antarjatiye Vivah Protsahan Anudan Yojana”.
