The Principal checks the form against the attached documents and school records, attests the photograph and sends the verified form to the Block Education Officer's office by the tentative date of 12 November.
The Block Education Officer then issues admit cards, which students can pick up from their school or the Block Education Officer's office.
The examination is held each year in January.
When the process is complete, the Principal informs the student, who must give the school their Aadhaar card and Aadhaar-linked bank account details; the scholarship is then paid directly into the student's bank account.
