About Development of Manures & Fertilizers: Assistance for construction/Installation of Organic Manure Units
The Department of Agriculture, Government of Goa, runs the “Development of Manures & Fertilizers” scheme. Its “Assistance for Construction/Installation of Organic Manure Units” component helps farmers turn on-farm organic waste into chemical-free organic manure, supplying good-quality inputs for sustainable organic farming. Sanctioned subsidy is paid through the Electronic Clearance System (ECS), and applications are taken offline through the Zonal Agriculture Officer.
