Accident: An accident here means one caused by visible external violence, such as a railway or road accident, electric shock, snake bite, drowning, burning in a fire, a fall from a tree or building, an attack by wild animals, terrorism or a criminal attack etc. Death, injury or disability arising from self-inflicted injury, suicide or intoxication is excluded.
