The Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB), part of the Labour Department, Government of Haryana, operates the “Bicycle Scheme”. b) Having a Family ID: Only applicants with a family ID can carry on to the next registration step, as below:

Press “Fetch Family Details” to list the family members linked to that Family ID.
Pick the family member to be registered.
