About Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana
Implemented by Arunachal Pradesh’s Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development, “Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojna (ANPPY)” seeks to strengthen rural livelihoods, encourage sustainable animal husbandry and make the livestock sector self-reliant. It extends credit-linked financial support for livestock rearing and allied activities to unemployed individuals, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), farmers’ clubs, cooperative societies and Dairy Cooperative Societies (DCS).
