About Agricultural Activities for Persons with Disabilities
Under the scheme “Agricultural Activities for Persons with Disabilities”, run by the Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam, Government of Haryana, persons with disabilities can borrow up to ₹10,00,000/-. The loan may be used for farm production, irrigation, horticulture, sericulture, buying agricultural machinery and equipment to offer agricultural services, marketing farm produce and similar activities. The scheme is open to permanent residents of Haryana who are 18 years of age or more and have a disability of 40% or above.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Agricultural Activities for Persons with Disabilities, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
Only permanent residents of Haryana can apply

A disability of 40% or more is required

Applicants have to be older than 18 years
Applicants have to be older than 18 years. In the case of persons with mental retardation, the minimum age is lowered to 14 years in place of the standard 18 years.

1. Persons with disabilities can obtain loans of up to ₹10,00,000/- for agricultural production, irrigation, horticulture, sericulture, buying agricultural machinery/equipment to provide agricultural services, selling farm produce and other such purposes.
